Summary of this virtual edition
The Montreal Group's Annual General Meeting 2021 officially took place on March 31. It was great seeing so many familiar faces all together in the same room (even if virtually). During this annual event, members of the Board of Directors, the Key Topic Groups and our partner SME Finance Forum, reconnected virtually with The Secretariat.
The Key Topic Group members presented the work they carried out during the 2020-2021 year, and the appointment of the 2021-2022 Board of Directors was formalized: Jérôme Nycz, Executive Vice President, BDC Capital, joined as Treasurer and Anthony Okpanachi, Managing Director / CEO of DBN was appointed as the Development Bank of Nigeria's representative to the Board. Finally, the Board decided to create a new Key Topic Group around sustainable finance for the coming year.
